We are delighted to announce that Texel will be the Silver Sponsor of the Trade Finance Investor Day.

Texel is a specialist independent credit insurance broker that helps financial institutions and other non-bank lenders mitigate credit and political risks with structured products.

The Trade Finance Investor Day takes place just an hour from London at the five-star Grove Golf and Country Club on the 19th and 20th October 2023. More than 20 top-level speakers have already been announced, with more to come.

Simon Bessant, Director and Head of Insurance at Texel, will be appearing on stage at the event in October. Mr Bessant said, ‘Insurance is and will continue to be a core part of the lenders trade finance distribution and credit enhancement tool kit. We are excited to join the conference as we believe that the insurance product needs to be challenged to adapt both in format and in the way that it can sit within the ever-evolving world of trade finance digitisation.’
