Please note that in this Privacy Policy when we refer to use of the Site we are referring to use of the Site and the Functionality.

Fulfilment of registration and membership requests.

  2. If you are a Funder or an Originator registering to use the networking functionality of the platform we will request further personal information from you for “know your client purposes”. This will include requesting identification documentation which is likely to include details of your nationality, date of birth, residential address and your photograph.

To verify card payments and process refunds – credit card companies and other payment providers;

To provide you with the Functionality – our website development, hosting and maintenance providers

The Tradeteq networking platform and Tradeteq messenger functionality (the “Platform”)

We collect information about you when you send, receive, or engage with the Tradeteq Messenger functionality. If you request to connect or accept a connection, we track whether you have acted on it.

  2. We will only also obtain your consent for the purposes of using the Platform functionality.
