About the event

This year’s theme:

“Integrating Asset-Backed Lending in Corporate Supply Chains” explored the rapidly evolving landscape of embedded finance, digital infrastructure, and investor-grade trade assets.

From global non-bank lenders to tokenised liquidity innovators, this year's event brought the full trade finance value chain into one room, one conversation and one network.

At its core, the TFD Initiative exists to grow institutional investor participation in the trade finance asset class. The Investor Day is our flagship platform to mobilise that mission, thereby connecting non-bank lenders, capital markets experts, and technology providers to accelerate transparency, scalability, and trust across the originate-to-distribute ecosystem.

Trade Finance Investor Day was an excellent and well-structured event. It brought together a high-quality mix of funders, originators, and technology players, creating a space for genuine dialogue about the future of digital trade finance. I’d tell any colleague who missed it that it offered both strategic insights and practical connections that are hard to find elsewhere.

A great opportunity to network with people who really want to do business rather than talk about doing business!
