EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Agreement
This Agreement is between TFDi Ltd (referred to as “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”), and you, collectively the Parties. We may ask our parent company Tradeteq Limited to accept performance of any services under these terms including the receipt of funds on our behalf.
You have requested to attend the TFID 2023 event organised by the Company at The Grove Hotel Chandler’s Cross, Watford on the 19th -20th October, 2023. You agree and accept to attend the Event on these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
You are deemed to have accepted these Terms once you have made payment for the Event.
Once you have made payment via our website’s payment portal we will sent you an email to confirm your place. Please note your place is not confirmed until you receive an email from us.
We reserve the right to decline to accept a request to attend the Event from anyone and we shall not be required to provide a reason for declining.
If you are based outside of the United Kingdom and wish to attend our Event, it is your sole responsibility to ensure you have the required travel documents to attend and failure to hold the required document shall not give rise to any further cancellation rights other than as set out below.
- Cancellation
We will only provide you with a refund in accordance with the following:
- Where cancelation is made 4 months’ or more prior to the event date; 100% of the total agreed price is refunded.
- Where cancelation is made 3 months’ prior to the event date; 50% of the total agreed price is refunded.
- Where cancelation is made 1 month prior to the event date; 25% of the total agreed price is refunded.
- Where cancelation is made under 1 month prior to the event date; 0% of the agreed price is refunded.
If you are entitled a refund, we shall process this within a reasonable amount of time.
- Use of Event Photos
We reserve the right to use some of the photographs taken at the Event in the Company's promotional material either in print or on the internet, and to upload the photos on our online galleries.
If you do not wish for photographs of you to be used for this purpose, you must inform the Company prior to the event in writing.
We will not use images that are deemed unsuitable on our website or for advertising purpose and we'll also refrain from using any content that may be personally damaging to the person(s) involved.
- General
Assignment: The Terms is personal to the Parties.
Severance: If any provision (or part of it) of the Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid in any jurisdiction, then it will be interpreted as narrowly as necessary to allow it to be enforceable or valid.
Governing law and jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of England. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in England.
